The Itran’s hollowed extra virgin olive oil from Madonna dell’olivo is a mono-assortment that takes its name from the cultivar of beginning, or at least, Itrana. With a hot and citrusy taste, a delightful extreme brilliant yellow tone with light green and clear tones, it is wealthy in balsamic traces of mint, basil and parsley with fruity notes of tomato, banana and white apple. On the sense of taste it gives vegetal tones of celery, chicory and field lettuce. Strong and fiery harshness.
